Job Description
The Client Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and increasing sales. The role of the client manager is to ensure that clients are receiving the utmost standard of service possible. The Client Manager will strengthen the client and company relationship by working alongside clients to provide assistance and ensure complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and enhance existing Vendor relationships
- Prospect new client contracts acute care facilities
- Follow compliance and submittal rules while submitting candidates
- Manage billing rules for each client
- Update job orders in CRM Nexus
- Assist Recruiters in identifying potential assignments for their candidates
- Generate sales or service reports for clients and senior management
- Provide updates to the division on new processes, etc. for the client base
- Maintain documentation and records of client interactions
- Designate goals and create strategies that will combat potential revenue loss
- Develop surveys and obtain client information
- Attend conferences and lead presentations as needed to inform potential or existing clients about services offered
- Follows all necessary state and/or federal employment laws
- Additional job duties as assigned

Desired Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is strongly preferred

1-2 years of recruitment or client management experience preferred

Working Conditions:
- Office and/or remote work as approved by supervisor
- General office and administrative work
Physical Requirements:
This is largely a sedentary role; requiring minimal physical functions including but not limited to walking, standing, sitting as deemed necessary. This position does require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to operate a computer, telephone, copier, and other office equipment.
